Welcome to Aura Boost! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application. By using Aura Boost, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using Aura Boost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Aura Boost is a mobile application that provides daily positive affirmations across various themes. The app offers features including:
Aura Boost creates an anonymous account by default — no personal information is required to use the app. You may optionally sign up with an email address or Google account to back up your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen.
Free Version: The free version of Aura Boost includes all core features with advertisements displayed via Google AdMob.
Premium Version: A one-time purchase of $1.99 removes all advertisements from the app. This is a non-consumable purchase that can be restored on the same account.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By making a purchase, you agree to the App Store's terms and conditions. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Restore Purchases: If you have previously purchased premium, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings.
All affirmations and content provided in Aura Boost are for general motivational and inspirational purposes only. They are not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

All content, design, graphics, and other materials in Aura Boost are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Account deletion permanently removes your favorites, settings, and all associated data from our servers. This action is irreversible.
If you previously purchased Premium, you can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings, as the purchase is tied to your Apple ID.
Aura Boost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Aura Boost at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
